It is beautifully decorated in mountain and mining decor. The property is a private and secluded acreage that is heavily forested with amazing views. From the fascinating exterior to the luxurious interior, the home is a perfect Getaway for your vacation!

Claim Jumper has a spacious great room with lots of comfy seating and a wood stove for the perfect ambiance. It is wonderful to snuggle up to on a chilly summer night or a cold winter night. The beautiful windows let in lots of light as well as the amazing views. You will want to just sit and watch it snow during the winter. There is a large flat screen TV for your group to enjoy your favorite movie.

The state of the art kitchen has absolutely everything you will need for your vacation. All dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans, and kitchen utensils are provided. The "chef" of your group will not want anything. The beautiful marble and custom cabinetry make cooking in this kitchen a dream. The dining room has a table that seats 6 with additional seating at the kitchen island. The views from the kitchen and dining room are gorgeous. It will be hard to leave the home in the morning because it is such a delight.

The home has a total of 3 private bedrooms. The master suite has a king size bed and beautiful furnishings. There is a private flat screen TV for the lucky occupants. It also has a private bath with a double vanity and a shower and tub. Just outside the bedroom there is a media room with a comfy sofa and a large flat screen TV. There is a second bedroom upstairs with a bunk bed. Both beds are queen size so they are perfect for adults or children. There is a nice staircase leading up to the upper bunk so no complicated ladders to climb! There is also a study upstairs for those unfortunate people that need to work. There is a keyboard and a flat screen monitor that you can use. The views are great so all is not lost! The third bedroom has a king size bed and beautiful custom log furniture. you will love this room! There is another bath that ha as double vanity and a shower/tub combo with custom tile work that is gorgeous!

Outside on the deck there is an amazing therapeutic hot tub with awesome views. It is a perfect place to relax after a day of skiing, hiking or shopping. There is beautiful wood patio furniture as well where you can sit and enjoy a morning coffee or just take in the beautiful views. The patio has a great gas grill as well where you can BBQ your favorite "cook-out" meal.

This area is perfect for a vacation. You will be central to so many outdoor activities no matter what season you decide to come. If you come in winter, you can ski, board, ice skate, show shoe, ice climb, snow tube, take a sleigh ride, and much more. In the summer, you can ATV, white-water raft, explore ghost towns, hike, mountain climb, take a historic auto tour, shop at the outlets or stores in the quaint Victorian town of Breckenridge, take a ride on the Gold Coaster. and much more. It is not surprising that this is called the "Base Camp" of the Rockies! Enjoy your stay!
