The home is tucked quietly up in the alpine forest 15 minutes from Fairplay or Alma, 45 minutes from the slopes in Breckenridge or the hot springs in Buena Vista in either direction. Getting Around:
Make sure to have winter tires or chains in the Winter (Oct - May). It is on county maintained roads but it does snow in the mountains! We reccomend 4 wheel or all wheel as well. No need for any of that in the Spring, Summer, or fall.
