"I stayed one night at Hotel ILUNION Málaga after extending my trip and deciding to try a different hotel. I’m glad I did.
The hotel is modern, stylish, and very well maintained. The lobby has plenty of comfortable seating areas, and as a dog lover, I appreciated the treats available for pets at reception. Check-in was quick and effortless, and I was able to upgrade my room for just €20.
One nice surprise was the complimentary minibar. It’s not stocked like a Vegas high-roller suite, just a few waters, soft drinks, and snacks. But it definitely came in handy.
The fitness facilities are excellent. The gym is well-equipped, and the wellness area includes both a sauna and steam room. They also have showers that alternate between hot and cold water in 20-second intervals, which either makes you feel rejuvenated or briefly question your life choices.
The pool is larger than expected and even includes a swim jet for swimming in place. My room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with a bed that made it difficult to get moving in the morning.
I didn’t have a chance to try the hotel bar or restaurant, but both looked inviting. After checkout, the front desk happily stored my luggage for four hours while I enjoyed one last walk around Málaga, which was a nice touch and made my departure much easier.
Overall, Hotel ILUNION Málaga delivered a great experience from start to finish. Comfortable rooms, excellent amenities, friendly service, and a convenient location."
"Beautiful hotel with very attentive staff. Multiple on site bars and restaurants and great location convenient to the beach, tourist attractions, and city buses."
"Le personnel très sympathique
La seule chose c’est qu’ils donnent juste une fois les sachets du café et une bouteille d’eau
Quand j’ai demandé, le réceptionniste m’a référé vers la machine distributrice pour le café et l’eau. C’est dommage
Mais Antonio m’a offert 3 sachets de café merci"
"The continental breakfast was excellent, great choices to pick from. Room was very clean and well kept, but simple. Very centrally located in the heart of the city. We will come back for sure."
"Superb hotel in a fantastic location. Hotel and room spotlessly clean, breakfast delicious and the best bit is the pool on the roof. Again clean and checked by staff at least 4-5 times a day to ensure water is safe to swim in. Malaga town centre 10 minutea by foot."
