This was our first visit to Lisboa, and from our initial email with the hotel, which provided suggestions for dining options, we were extremely pleased. The staff was incredibly friendly. We were able to get into our room early, which was a huge help given we had been traveling for so long from the US and were exhausted. The room was spacious and comfortable. The included breakfast was ample. We chose this area of the city to be away from the more touristy-parts, but still have access to easy...

The Palacio was a treat--really a gorgeous mix of historical and new--with fun touches in art and wallpaper! The staff was phenomenal--helpful and lovely as well. We felt very cared for. I enjoyed my first Porto Tonico by the pool at night--and the staff lit candles for us. I would recommend this to my friends!

EASILY the best stay on our Europe Trip Honeymoon! I am sad I can’t give it more than 5 stars!!! This hotel is the most accommodating that we have gone to on our honeymoon (4 countries visited) & it was so affordable! The cost of in suite snacks/drinks, transportation etc through the hotel was so helpful and affordable. Plus the staff were so nice and really made it feel like a special experience. The only downsides was that the street can be loud, but that is just because we were in the...

Very Happy with the Staff and the location.

Quaint hotel just down the street from the main nightlife area and convenient to many Lisbon attractions. The hotel is made up of two buildings separated by a courtyard with water feature. The design both inside and in the courtyard is very modern but with classical features sprinkled throughtout. Very comfortable. The rooms are not large but feature comfortable beds, sat.TV with many American channels, very good wifi, and private baths with American size showers.

The hotel is in a great location. Perfect if you don’t need a bunch of amenities, just a clean place to lay your head.

Ricardo the owner is pleasant and accommodating. I have made a mistake on my reservation for 3 guest instead of 1 guest. He gave our son a room free of charge. The guest house has a beautiful backyard, there is a avocado tree, tangerine tree and orange tree. He had 3 beautiful cats roaming around the backyard. The place decor is ornate and comfortable. If you're visiting Belem do stay with them.

A hidden gem. Beautiful breakfast spread, really cute bar. The staff were so helpful and lovely. So convenient to everything location wise. I’d stay here again and again.

We stayed at Tesouro da Baixa by Shiadu in April/May 2022. It is a great boutique hotel located in a very centralized area of Lisbon that's within walking distance to many popular neighborhoods and sights (Tram 28 is right around the corner) in addition to the Rossio Metro stop (verde line) and train station to Sintra. Unassuming at first, the hotel entrance is tucked away in between the entrances of a shoe store; look for the big wooden door and blue sign. Because it's so centralized, street...

Pedro best host ever. Excellent location .

Bed pillows were not great.

Great property, so close to so many great places in Lisbon

Un lugar muy céntrico

A very nice guest house in the city, close to the airport. The planes fly directly overhead, but we did not find this a problem. There's a lovely park just across the street, a great place to spend time relaxing and people watching. The property was exactly as described and was clean. We were very happy with our stay. Plenty of hot water, but no soap.

Great location; super friendly, knowledgeable & helpful staff (Isabel, Sara, Bianca, Alex, Caterina); clean & well maintained (but note: it's a very old, historic building & doesn't have a restaurant in it or a common area or elevator or other amenities); & room 101 & its bathroom are large and located on the second floor (so not a crazy # of steps!)(& staff will bring your luggage up). We hope to stay there again someday, and highly recommend it!

This is a little gem in the heart of it all. Minutes to everything you’d want yet quiet and serene. Wonderful helpful staff and a made to order delicious breakfast! I would definitely stay here again!k

We enjoyed our 2 nights. The place was large, clean, nice views. John was very friendly and helpful with things to do and getting around town. We would stay there again.

Amazing hotel. The staff was fantastic and always eager to help and give recommendations about what to do or where to eat in Lisboa. The breakfast included is great and appreciated and they give you a daily bottle of water and half a bottle of wine as courtesy which was very nice. The room was always clean and the terrace has a beautiful view of the city. 10/10 Service. However the area surrounding the hotel is not the best, so that's something to take into account specially if returning late at...

The rooms are great and location is fantastic. But it’s not a hotel- so there is no lobby/ reception, so it’s not easy to get information. From the outside it just looks like someone’s home. So you need a special code to get in . We hadn’t received the email confirmation with code which is really important so make sure you receive it before your travels because otherwise you cannot get in

Particularly nice is the staff, which made you feel welcome and part of the family. The rooms were clean and well-kept although our particular room was quite small. Breakfasts were great!
