Located in a prime area near plenty of restaurants and bars. Very walkable area. Great, clean hotel, with friendly staff and well working air conditioning. Staff assisted with luggage to room. Comfortable beds and pillows, and a great view of the river. Very spacious room. The walk up the 6 set of stairs was not that bad. The add-on breakfast was just OK and not worth the price. Overall amazing stay!

Isabella and all staff were extremely helpful in terms of restaurant recommendations, getting around the city, checking in, help with luggage up the many steps, breakfast, coffee and getting a taxi to the airport. And the view was amazing just as you see it in the picture. Very comfortable, enjoyable stay. I highly recommend. The location is central in Lisbon.

Location can’t be beat. Lovely and practical amenities . The staff is very friendly,helpful, knowledgeable. Isabella, manager, is amazing. Be prepared to walk up MANY flights of stairs to the rooms. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff is absolutely amazing at this hotel and the hotel breakfast is great too. A downside is no elevator but the staff is super accommodating and brings your luggage up for you. The rooms are not soundproof at all - you can hear everyone around you. Shower is pretty small and the head had tape around it. Overall amazing staff, great location, just a little bit outdated which is expected. Would stay here again!

We are incredibly satisfied with the hotel. The staff were wonderful, and the room was absolutely perfect. There was no elevator and a lot of stairs, so be prepared for that! We stayed for three nights, and our main purpose was to attend the Champions League and watch Sporting. The hotel has excellent subway connections, but the best part was how close everything else was by foot. If you are visiting Lisbon for the first time, I truly recommend this hotel, as it was close to everything!

Everything was great. There are many stairs to the room, but staff carried our bags up 5 flights (and down at the end of our stay) so the stairs didn’t bother us. The room was bigger than I’d expected, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had great pressure. Location was also excellent with easy walking access to everything and transit nearby. I would stay here again anytime. There was a bowl of apples in the lobby too, which made a great snack to grab on the way out the door.
