"Die Zimmer sind tadellos, auch der Zimmerservice. Der Poolbereich und der Spabereich sind klasse.Der Service bei den Mahlzeiten ist verbesserungswürdig. Das Frühstück wird offiziell bis 11.00Uhr angegeben. Kommt man um 10.00Uhr ist das Frühstück beinahe komplett abgeräumt und der Service empfängt einen mit hochgezogenen Augenbrauen. Abends dann ist Abendessen bis 20.45Uhr angezeigt.. Der Käse zum Nachtisch war jedoch um 20.30Uhr schon abgeräumt, es gab trotz Nachfrage auch keinen mehr."

Siamo andati subito in spa dopo una giornata di sci, SPA molto piacevole e calda, peccato per l’idromassaggio che era guasto. "Pros: Beautiful scenery and wild flowers and fantastic walking options. Steinhaus is well positioned for access to the whole valley. Welcoming host. Easy parking arrangement in a cool garage. The bus pass was appreciated, we used the frequent buses most days to get to the start of walks. Cons: The kitchen area could do with more artificial light to help when cooking."
