Unfortunately we couldn't get a room at the villa itself but at the second floor of the annex which was totally fine. "We were missing bedding and towels for one person and we didn't get help late at night with this problem. The hotel reportedly has a staff shortage, which should not be visible to the customer. Luckily we got a refund the next day. There is no hot food at breakfast, but otherwise it's ok."
