Excelente estancia y propietario.
Ningun problema con nada ni con nadie. Zona muy tranquila y bonita. Respecto al piso nada que objetar, muy acogedor, muy limpio, equipado y espacioso. Javier ha sido muy amable y ha estado predispuesto desde el minuto uno en lo que pudiera ayudarnos. Muchas gracias por todo Javier.

Nur zu empfehlen...
Die Ferienwohnung entsprach genau unseren Erwartungen, sie war sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen! Besonders von der 40 m2 großen Terrasse waren wir begeistert, die mit Kind sehr von Vorteil war. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, er konnte uns gute tipps geben, was Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Freizeit angeht. In der nahen Umgebung gab es außer einen kleinen Kiosk nichts, was mit Auto kein Problem ist, da alles in etwa 10 Min. zu erreichen ist! Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden fall weiterempfehlen und auch selber wieder dort hinfahren! Vielen Dank nochmals...

Hola Javier, queremos agradecerte por facilitarnos la estancia en tu apartamento la pasamos realmente bien, es un lugar el cual recomendamos para pasar unas agradables y ralajadas vacaciones, todo lo tienes dentro del recinto la piscina el jacuzzi la pista de padel, el sauna, la zona infantil, en fin. Muchas gracias a ti y a tú flia sois muy majos, un saludo.

séjour très sympathique
Logement très agréable pour une famille avec trois enfants, accès direct à la piscine, au paddle et aux jeux d'enfants.
Plage de galets propre et à proximité. Pour varier les plaisirs, plage de sable fin à moins de 5 kms.
Encore merci à Javier pour son accueil sympathique.

VACACIONES EN ALMENARA
Hemos pasado quince días de vacaciones entre el 1 y el 15 de Junio en el apartamento de Javier y tanto las atenciones suyas como la disposición del apartamento han sido magnificas.
Hemos disfrutado de las playas cercanas, la piscina de la urbanización y recorrido la provincia que ofrece lugares muy interesantes como Onda y el valle del Palenque con unas cascadas y unos pueblos encantadores.
Así mismo esta muy a mano de Sagunto y Valencia con lo que las alternativas de ocio son estupendas

Erholung pur!
Wir hatten einen absolut erholsamen und streßfreien Urlaub.
Die Wohnung ist geräumig und war mit 2 schönen Bädern für uns perfekt, da wir mit 2 weibl. Teenagern unterwegs waren.
Am Naturstrand ist man in 5 Min., wir waren aufgrund der Vorsaison die meiste Zeit ganz alleine dort.
Das Meer ist ein Traum, selten haben wir so sauberes Wasser gesehen.
Zum Pool muss man nur zweimal umfallen und auch den hatten wir fast immer für uns, nur am Wochenende waren ein paar span. Familien da.
Was ein bisschen fehlt, sind Liegen auf der Terrasse und die Küche ist wohl eher für den span. Gast eingerichtet, was aber kein Problem für uns war.
Wer Action sucht, ist hier, zumindest in der Vorsaison, fehl am Platz.
In anschliessenden Dörfchen gibt es aber zumindest ein Cafe mit Mini-Bäckerei, sodass man nicht immer ins ca. 5 Min. entfernte Almenara fahren muss, wo der nächste Supermarkt ist.
Ausflüge sind auf jeden Fall nach Valencia und Castellon zu empfehlen.
Wir hatten jedenfalls viel Spass und auch der Jugend hat es gut gefallen (legen aber auf Disco etc. keinen Wert!)
Javier ist ein überaus freundlicher und netter Vermieter, der aufgrund unserer Flugverspätung geduldig auf uns warten musste.
Alles in allem können wir die Wohnung nur empfehlen, aber wie gesagt, los ist hier wahrscheinlich nur was in der Hochsaison.

Repetiremos!!!
El apartamento está fenomenal, muy cuidado y con todo tipo de detalles. Nosotros lo escogimos por la terraza tan amplia que tiene, ya que viajábamos con nuestra mascota y la verdad es que no nos equivocamos.
La urbanización está muy cuidada y tiene de todo por si no te apetece acercarte a la playa, que está a unos 5 min escasos andando.
La descripción del apartamento no se aleja nada de la realidad.
Es una zona tranquila, ideal para unas vacciones en familia. Nosotros seguro que repetimos.

Fantastico!!!
En una playa tranquila, con todas las comodidades para una estancia con mi familia durante nuestras vacaciones, hemos disfrutados de su piscina y del sol del mediterraneo. Dormiamos tranquilos y cuando nos quisimos ir de excursión encontramos muchas posiblilidades, incluso conectados con tren con Valencia y Castellón a menos de media hora de camino. Nos llevamos las bicis e hicimos excursiones con los chavales, de playa en playa.
El apartamento, simplemente perfecto, limpio, nuevo y ordenado con todas las comodidades.
Los dueños siempre estuvieron atentos a cualquier detalle que necesitaramos.
Volveremos!!!

Nos ha encantado el apartamento!
El apartamento estaba impecable, no le faltaba detalle.Los dueños son muy agradables, han estado siempre muy atentos con nosotros. El sitio es muy recomendable para pasar unos días de vacaciones,muy tranquilo y precioso. Nosotros y los niños lo hemos pasado estupendamente. Nos gustaría repetir.
