"I booked this property kind of last minute and in a rush that i did not realize that they requested 48 hour advance notice for the arrival time. There isnt a front desk. When we arrived at the property and went through the doors I knew that i needed to look at the check-in instructions. At that moment, I saw that they needed advance notice. I was able to call the number listed and the host picked up after a few rings. I informed her of our arrival and she said someone would meet us in 15 min....

"The owner was very friendly and helpful and ensured that all our questions were answered. Tati even provided a local map and a guidebook they’d put together of what was available in the area and what to do. The property was very nicely decorated and had everything you needed though there was two flights of stairs up to our bedrooms so we left our heavy luggage in the dining/breakfast area and only took toiletries and clothes that we needed. "Had a perfect experience! A short walk to Citta Alta as well as the center of the lower city. Beatrice was lovely and gave very clear instructions for check in. She had many options for breakfast and even put a new cork in a wine bottle I had bought but hadn't finished. A great place to stay! "

"Danilo was exceptional. The villa is stunning. If you want a Lake Como vibe you must choose this villa to stay in. Gardens are amazing, it has it's own beach so you can enjoy and is close to restaurants and other towns. Only 14 minute drive to Bellagio. The room was perfect, comfortable bed and an amazing bathroom both with balconies overlooking the lake. It was marvelous! The breakfast provided in the mornings is also delicious with fresh ingredients. Thanks Danilo for such a great stay."

"Beautiful B&B, we had amazing time there! Historic building is well located, right in the old town. You can walk anywhere, great area. Rooms are very big with super high ceilings. Bathroom is also roomy, very nicely decorated. We found the whole building very quiet and relaxing. Breakfast is in a beutiful room, you get everything you need in the morning. Monteo (owner) is very helpful and caring. I travelled with my 2 children from US, and he made our stay very comfortable."

"Ett helt underbart ställe som jag verkligen rekommenderar. Bra läge med närhet till tåget som på några minuter tar dig till andra orter vid sjön, till Milano etc. Nära till badplatsen. Rummet är rent och rymligt och försett med allt du kan tänkas behöva. Sköna sängar. Vi hade en jättestor balkong med härlig utsikt över sjön. Frukosten är fantastisk och värden Massimo är så trevlig och hjälpsam, bra på att ge tips om aktiviteter och helt toppen på alla sätt. "

"We absolutely loved this place. It was cosy, comfortable, wonderful people who run it. We had a disaster with car rental after a delayed flight and the hosts couldn’t have been more kind and understanding. It’s so chilled, welcoming, beautiful and peaceful. If we hadn’t had our next accommodation booked we would have love to stay longer. Breakfast is lovely, pool towel, gowns and flip flops provided. "In a good location. About a 20 minute walk from the train station and bus station. Check in was a little strange with no one to great us and had we not had the kindest of a stranger and their Internet, we would have been unable to download the message from the app with the owners number on it to gain access to the property. We saw noone for the whole of our stay. Room was OK. Downside is none of the plug holes had plugs. "
