We had trouble checking in & called the property manager three times with no answer, nor did they ever call back or text to make sure we were able to check in successfully. The plumbing was terrible. "Firstly, no AC. No elevator to the 3rd floor. Hotel located on an extremely steep hill. This made walking to the hotel very difficult for seniors. I mean like 30degree incline. Maybe 45. Room was wonderful although we had to use a fan to keep cool. Spacious with kitchen and a partition to close off the bedroom area. King bed and fold out couch. Toilet bowl was small. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Also there was a washer and dryer downstairs on the ground level. This has nothing to do with the hotel but we suffered from altitude sickness for several days since we were at about 8200 ft. So you must allow for that. You must see the Maroon Bells lake and mountains!"
