"We stayed here for 2 nights and chose this place because it was just across the road from the Hot Springs. PRO’s: - Walking distance from Hot Springs - Very clean and modern accommodations - Roof top deck with mountain views, outdoor table CONs: -Had a few issues with a/c and heating unit. Remote control was not responsive and so had to be controlled by host remotely - thankfully she was very responsive. It can get very hot inside during the day and cool at night so I was a bit frustrated at...

"What a perfect location! A short drive to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Red Rock Canyon, and lots of great restaurants and breweries. The place itself was perfect and had everything we needed. The coffee and snacks available were a nice touch. Private parking space was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Charming cozy cottage. Very clean and had everything we needed for a comfy stay. Close to everything we wanted to do. Between Old Colorado city and manitou springs which were very cute , quaint towns. Only complaint if I had one is it’s on a very busy street and we could hear cars and motorcycles all night. But really didn’t affect us much. Beautiful views of the mountains. Safeway across the street was nice."

"We loved our stay! The cottage is quiet, comfortable and appointed with everything you need for a great stay. The bed is comfy and the shower is hot!! It’s close to the downtown area with lots of nice shops and restaurants. The owner who lives in the front house is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. "The weather didn't cooperate which of course was not the property's fault. The bed was not very comfortable for me, a bit too firm, so it was tough for me to sleep well. Other than that, it was a great place with good people. We had an amazing trip and this beautiful property was warm & cozy."

Walkable to lots of shops, restaurants, coffee etc. neighboring areas of BV and Leadville were fun to explore as well. Easy access to tons of hikes in the area. Kitchen has everything you need, and everything was very clean."
