"Our check in was not good. Room was not ready at 4:00. Staff was not very helpful with estimated time we would be able to return. We did come back after 5:00pm, room still not ready. Again, staff was not very helpful or customer service oriented. Did not like the fact that my CC was charged before I even formally checked into the hotel!"

"The property is exactly as advertised. We had a great stay celebrating our anniversary. The views were amazing and home was beautiful. Joyce and Michael are great hosts and we hope to go back again soon."

"We stayed at one of those tiny homes. It was cute and comfortable for six of us. The only thing is the heater. it got really hot where the queen bed was, but all the other area stayed pretty cold. So some of us were sweating at night but some of us were freezing. Other than that we didn’t have any problems. Had beautiful view of mountains, got to see some deer on the site as well. Overall we very much enjoyed the stay!"
