"Looked good online, but my room was extremely dirty, all bedding, curtains and walls were painted with blood and other substances. Bad wiring, appliance installs, plumbing..etc.. I tried to get moved to another room, but the agent customer support could not because of the owner not being available at the time 777 312"

"Daytime staff was not friendly. Shower was lukewarm at best for 2 nights. Rooms were pretty filthy - corners and carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in quite some time. I’m a Hilton honors member and this was probably one of the least clean properties I’ve stayed at. "

"The worst! I programmed the TV myself to operate. Bath area had trash on the floor. Toilet was filthy. Key card failed and had to be replaced by might staff on a day long absence. Bed frame did not match the mattress. Mattress was old and lumpy. Pillows were flat to non-existence. You want cheap stay here, you will get cheap. "

"I ended up only staying 1 night and ended up leaving around 3:00pm the following day. I had to stay there until I was able to check into my new room I booked in Colorado Springs which was about 45min away but definitely worth the drive! The beds made me and my kids highly itchy and they aren’t comfortable at all the breakfast is not that great either. The pool was like a hot tub 😭 the room we ended up going to had an indoor pool to but their water was just right. The bathrooms are also nasty. I’m sorry but I wouldn’t recommend this place."
