"We liked the location which was close to the park entrance. The view was great;we were able to view the sand dunes from our room. Room exceeded our expectations, it looked better in person than in the photographs. Had a variety of easy simple breakfast items to take back to your room to enjoy."

"This is a an older motel with a newer hotel in the middle. The rooms are rather old, but very well maintained, and the staff was very efficient and helpful. Also, the motel is shielded from the road noise so it’s actually quite nice."

"The owners are very friendly and making upgrades to the property. It is like a nostalgic older road side inn. So has some character which we enjoyed. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The rooms are large parking is right at the door. Our dogs were very comfortable using the bark park area. We would stay again if ever in the area"

"The nicest people work here! Great bonfire and s’mores at night and burritos for breakfast. Such a wonderful location for dark skies view and very close to Great Sands NP."
