"We had 5 people in the property and really got to relax and enjoy. All amenities are as described and the host is extremely responsive. This was a great escape for us to enjoy the stars, go to Great Sand Dunes, and generally unwind."

"Two friends and I recently stayed at this lovely VRBO, and we'd recommend it to others! For three adults looking to spend a day at the Great Sand Dunes National Park, this home was the option that allowed for the best sleeping arrangement for the cost. Despite it being ~55min drive from the national park, it was well worth it to stay here! The home is quite remote and close to the base of the mountains, which we enjoyed as it allowed for lovely stargazing and a peaceful/quiet environment....

"Visiting Alamosa CO in the summer is just about perfect. Staying in this sunny, cheerful well appointed home topped off a delightful visit. The location is great. A short walk to downtown shops, super close to a James Beard nominated restaurant called Friar’s Fork. The walkability can’t be beat. The neighborhood was quiet. "Beautiful property with amazing views! Only thing that was a little disappointing was that in description of property, it mentions "15 minute drive" to Great Sand Dunes. This is NOT a bad review. Just a suggestion that maybe that part gets edited, because I know some people that would be furious and would absolutely leave a bad review based on that piece alone! I'm not sure if the 15 minutes is just to the North end via back roads or is just 15 minutes to be able to see them or just to hike,...

"This was perfect for our family, as five bedrooms (and the washer/dryer) came in handy. The binder on the property was great, and we liked Crestone and the surrounding area a lot. It was a bit of a drive to the Sand Dunes entrance, but we knew that ahead of time, and the location worked well."
