"You will not find a better VRBO than this! Ideal private and quiet location with stunning views in all directions. Every detail has been thoughtfully provided. And so clean! Full kitchen with spices, Weber grill, bathroom amenities, games, a telescope, and more. A perfect set up for 2 couples, girls trip or a family. We enjoyed a sunset from the hot tub. Minutes from Zapata Falls and the Sand Dunes NP. Just ideal for a long weekend or longer. Gracious hosts were excellent communicators and provided clear and simple instructions. I wish we could have enjoyed more time here. Truly amazing!"

"The property is beautiful with very few neighbors around. The view is the Great Sand Dunes are stunning! Very clean cute place. We very much enjoyed our stay. "

"We arrived late at night the directions were so helpful. I’d arrive in the light 0f day instead. The accommodations were super clean and well designed. It’s an awesome grain bin. So different. Big comfy bed. Lots of blankets. We came for the stars on a dark sky night. It was so satisfying! We laid right outside our grain bin in the back of our truck. We brought pillows and blankets. The Luriad Meteor shower was happening. We watched from 2:30 am till dawn. For me, it was spectacular. I met the owner and she was so cool. They’re completing more places to stay and I’m certain they’ll be awesome. We had the BEST time!!!!!"

This really was a break for us, and a comfortable escape. We definitely want to return. We left with regret, but with a great deal of gratitude."

"The place is in a lovely location and the management was friendly and responsive. Unfortunately, the property is pretty run down and the cleanliness on check in was lacking. Just a little more upkeep and this would be an excellent rental. FYI, the location is quite remote. The closest gas station, grocery, and restaurant are 20 miles away. Come prepared:)"
