"If you’re looking to be close to Great sand Dunes NP this is as close as you can get without actually being on the dunes, It’s only a 5min drive. We stayed in a Geo Dome, which was clean and also had a pretty comfortable bed. The Oasis also has really good food as well, I can’t speak to lunch but the breakfast was really great. All in all if you’re visiting the park this is the only place you should consider staying it will make your trip more enjoyable. "

"Very clean. It was spacious. The area was beautiful with the mountains right there and I'm in the valley. I got some good sunset pics with the mountains. It was more than I needed but this is what was available. Has a small kitchen but I only saw a pizza pan and an 8x8 pan. No saucepan. But I didn't come prepared to cook. Area was quiet. "

"Sean and Thomas were terrific hosts. The location truly has to be experienced to understand how special it is. A jaunt to the sand dunes, 3 different hot springs, and the UFO watchtower and only a quick drive to Crestone makes it very well situated. We were able to crate our dog, Maggie, near a partially shaded window where she slept and watched birds all day. If you love the sky, you'll absolutely fall in love with this place. Highly recommend."

"The property was perfect. It was very clean and beautifully furnished. We loved the barnyard animals who talked to us everyday. the front porch was so lovely to sit in. We did have problems with checking in as we could not access the property Manager. We ended up intruding on the owner which did not go well initially. In the end it was worth all the time consumed in the process. "
