"Property is great. Parking is confusing. I thought I was parking by the day at the garage but kept getting text messages from the parking company"

"The bed was very comfortable. The dual coffee maker in the room leaked out one side while I was brewing one cup on the other side - it needs to be replaced. The patched bath ceiling needs to be scraped, plastered and repainted. It's embarrassing, as is the stain on the shower wall. Softer kleenex would be a nice touch. The iron was quality, but the ironing board pad needs to be replaced as it slides off. And the worst was the $20 parking charge per night in Commerce City??? That's inexcusable for a hotel that wants a great reputation."

"This was our third stay in as many weeks. The beds are fabulous and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet is top notch! Lots of selections, and the food is fresh, and kept topped-off and refilled very quickly. We had a little incident with the driver who picked us up from DIA on 8/9/2026, around 11:30-11:45pm. He overloaded the bus, which I know is not legal; people were standing between the seats during the ride, and getting jostled all over the place. My biggest concern, though, was this guy's driving. Every time we've taken their shuttle to/from DIA, we've always had a different driver. Yes, they are quite speedy and efficient, which I completely understand. But this driver last night was crazy. He was speeding - very high speed - through residential streets, and into the hotel parking lots. This was beyond speedy and efficient; the man was dangerous, and put us and himself at great risk. We did tell the manager on duty... I think her name was Karina??...and gave her his description. She said she knew who he was, and would be looking further into this matter. It almost seemed like he didn't want to make another trip back to DIA, so he just crowded all of us on one bus, then drove like a bat of out hell. Everyone else we encountered, either at the hotel, or the other drivers - zero complaints. Everyone we interacted with was pleasant, polite, respectful, helpful. We'd absolutely stay again, but I would pay for an Uber rather than ride again with the driver from last night!"

"If you want a place with all the amenities you need plus more , this is where you should stay. This place had multiple pools , indoor and outdoor, multiple bars, and delicious breakfast with a stunning view is the mountains. The kids enjoyed the complementary golf cart rides around the resort. There was so much to do, would definitely come back. Best part the staff was amazing, friendly and accommodating."
