New hotel with large rooms. It doesn't feel cramped like some places.

The Parkview room was comfortable and clean, as always. We stay there 2-3 times a year an appreciate the motel, friendly staff, and great location.

We stayed in the Bootlegger cabin, which was somewhat detached and nicely secluded from the other cabins. The place was immaculate, and had all of your household needs- everything was in top shape and perfect working order. The area around the unit was genuinely perfect. The only thing here that needs to be made clear to other visitors is that there is a highway nearby. When it’s quiet, it’s very quiet, but at the busier points in the day it can be a little noisy. Staff was very accommodating and welcoming with our Fur baby Husky. The water pressure was good and tv channels, ice box, microwave was unexpected for the low price.

Me and my husband stay here every time we have something going on in around the area it's not terribly far from dining places and you in the middle between Cotopaxi and pueblo west which is convenient.

the extended stay pricing and the overall conditions. was there 3 years ago and again last week-- it was like I never left --consistency is the name of the game. This is a great old historic building, with correct period furnishings. It was originally built as a hospital, but works fine as a hotel. WARNING: Some of the rooms have no bathrooms (I'm not sure how many), so if you want to avoid going down the hall for a morning shower, be sure to ask for a room with a bathroom. The staff here couldn't be more helpful and friendly. We had a very enjoyable stay. There is a shuttle service to the "downtown" if you don't want to drive the 1/2 mile or so...

My husband and I loved the stay it was very clean. Parking was right outside the cottage. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. It was very easy to reach out for any issues.

Chief Whitney was amazing. He provided a nice breakfast but also helped with any other travel plans in town.

We stayed just one night here while passing through town and loved Villa Motel! It's super cute and retro looking, but the rooms inside of been updated pretty recently. Everything was very clean and comfortable. I loved how close it was to walk to the historic downtown area, but juuuuust far enough away (3 blocks-ish) that it was quiet and you forgot there was a bustling downtown packed with people. We really liked this location and plan to come back and stay here for more than just one night....

Second stay here, lovely historic mansion size Hotel with great service, food and drink options and in the heart of the town, so you can walk everywhere! Massive front porch to sit outside and enjoy the weather anytime of day or night.valet parking and thanks to.Shawn who.was helpful amd curteois both days. Always someone around to help. Rooms are very unique decor, super cool, you wont be disappointed!

The room was newly renovated and was great. The bed was comfy and the bathroom roomy and modern. Free breakfast at Mid City Grill is also a great bonus!

So cute. Easy check in. Great communication. Friendly staff. Lovely property amenities for customer use. Clean. Water and juice provided. Morning grab and go breakfast /coffee appreciated. Definitely recommend and will be back.
