"People weren’t nice and friendly (desk front people)"

"We stayed in one of the room connected to the lobby, and our room opened into a hallway. There are also motel-style rooms that open to outside, and we were glad we got a hotel-style room. Although they were probably the same on the inside, the outside of the main building seemed much nicer. Anyway, the whole place was super clean and there's a giant lounge to hang out in. We had our dog and were able to bring her to the lobby to hang out while we had drinks and played pool and stuff. The staff...

"We had an excellent stay for one night while our son hiked Pikes Peak. The front desk ladies were very nice and helpful and our beds and pillows were quite comfortable (and I am picky about pillows!) The location is perfect - just a 2 minute walk to explore downtown! We would definitely stay here again!"
