"Loved our stay first time in Salida. The owner is awesome he tries to please all his guest and is added more amenities so his guest have everything. There was a sauna and huge hot tub. The pool was closed because it was in October so didn’t expect it to be but hot tub was perfect. Our cabin was big it had a king size bed with night stands a recliner. Bathroom with a tub, we also had an outside and front porch with chairs and rocking chairs and a bbq pit. The breakfast was a simple breakfast but...
"Beware. These people are trying to run a motel with a virtual agent. There was no heat when I arrived. The text person said the on-site agent would come and fix the heat. After about an hour, I asked if I could move to a room that had heat. They sent me next-door where there was no heat. But I could use the freestanding heater in my room. While I was there, the text person said there was something wrong with the lock. That’s why they weren’t renting that room out. I take the heater next door,...

The advertising is misleading as there was no coffee. The coffee house pictured is not open. The people were very nice, it was quiet and it looks like they are really trying to do some nice improvements. The shared shower house and bathrooms are very nice, just a long walk in the middle of the night. It was very nice for having our dog along...

No furniture except nightstand on one side of bed. No place to put anything other than on the floor in walkway from bed to bathroom. Useless tiny closet. Minimal electric outlets (no USB) with heavy use of extension cords. Bathroom sink way lower than normal height. Weak water pressure in shower, and no exhaust fan in tiny bathroom....
