"This hotel seems almost brand new, is very clean and spiffy and beautifully decorated in a bright and modern way. The staff is very welcoming and helpful and the food in their restaurant is way above average. If I had reason to be in Trinidad, CO, again, I would stay at this Hilton Garden again in a heartbeat!"

" NO one on site, We had to call someone to check us in. No cups drinking or other wise, no coffee as advertized. No one in the office to answer phone calls for help. "

"The house was gorgeous. There was no staff on site. The front door was open and I had to call the phone number I had to find out what room I was in. The tub wasn’t usable, the shower head was too high to adjust so it just shot out the back of the tub onto the floor. I’ve stayed in places without staff on site, but with the front and back door open, it felt a little uncomfortable. "
