"Got a room near a stairwell and the noise & banging doors was terrible. Talked to the manager the next morning and the rest of my stay (1 week) was nice. Save a buck. The place is clean and if something doesn’t work, just ask."

"This was the perfect quaint escape for my husband and I. Perfect distance to explore lookout mountain, Indian hot springs and venture into Denver! We loved walking around downtown golden and dipping our toes in at Clear Creek! The owners were so welcoming and responsive. We had no issues and the space had everything we needed. Would stay again and recommend to others looking for a great getaway close to so many experiences for all ages and interests."

"This was perfect for a long weekend. Close to hiking and Red Rocks and very quiet with a nice backyard. The room itself was very clean. The ONLY drawback was that the seating provided in the back area was flimsy, old, and a bit dirty but the grass and rocks were nice to sit on by a small brook."

"Everything was good. Only thing I didn’t like was the garage to the apartment is used to store cleaning supplies. You don’t know when they will show up and go inside the garage. It would just be nice if that was listed in the listing."

"We were blown away by the amenities, location, decor, and comfort of this little gem in Golden. It is a very close walk to town, parks, Coors Brewery and an awesome Sunday Farmers Market. "My husband and I traveled to Colorado to see some of our family in Lakewood. The basement apartment was very clean and supplied well for our needs. Its in a very quiet neighorhood and the host was very easy to communicate with. The bed was very comfortable and a freestanding fan is provided within the apartment. Easily located right off the interstate. I would stay again if back in Colorado."
