"It was extremely disappointing that the air conditioning was not able to be controlled by the thermostat in the room. It is controlled by the hotel. They sent someone from maintenance to try and lower the temperature and brought us a fan, but it was very uncomfortable and will definitely not be staying there ever again! I don’t believe it was stated anywhere about this. I would have not booked this hotel!"

"If “the property” was clean is a VERY broad spectrum in a hotel- so I felt that was unfair (to the hotel) question. I had some concerns, but they were addressed immediately and I was very satisfied overall. The STAFF (including my waitress this morning) is EXCELLENT and very friendly. I would recommend this hotel."

"the daily breakfast token was a nice touch. good lattes! comfy room and luxurious bathroom. when during sudden cold spell heat in room didnt work, requested space heater (provided while I was out) turned out also defective. not enough umbrellas during rain, never managed to borrow one."
