"All in good condition!"

"Great place to stay in Boulder. Location is pretty central, although having a car is nice. Easy parking. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay again."

"The location was great several shops and diners to visit. The room was nice."

"My room was ridiculous. I booked a king and was given a room with two double beds head to head and 4 ft on one side of any livable space and one tiny desk space. Cleaning service missed a day. TV didn't work along with other things in the room. The front desk staff were incompetent and aloof. Community spaces were nice to use. Thank goodness, because as I said my room was almost unlivable."

"The cleaning did not happen."

"Room was great. Clean & quiet. Great for a 1 night stay, close to Red Rocks."
