DIY reception

We arrived to find the front door locked and no one there. A key pad was beside the door. I had been sent a check in confirmation but it was in Spanish. This seemed to say that entry was to use the key pad numbers preceded by the room number....but we had no room number as we hadn't checked in! After many attempts we got the door to open. Next was to find a room. The reception was unattended and we had to search the hotel's paperwork to find that we expected and had been allocated rooms. We located keys and found our rooms - which were very nice and as expected. We saw no one until breakfast and when we checked out there was again no one there. In the end our stay was ok, but it was disconcerting to say the least.

Worst ever experience

We did not even manage to reach the Hotel because the towns roads were flooded after heavy rain. The streets were just mud. The road to the Hotel was totally closed. The re-routing option was impossible. We had no other option than to book another hotel. We called the Hotel and explained the situaion. They simply asked us to contact Hotels.com. This we tried to but it was impossible to reach Hotels.com. There is no mail address, the Chat is to a Robot and the phone number did not pick up the booking and thus it was not possible to get through. I am a Gold member in Hotels.com but frankly I think I have to choose other options now.

Antro a evitar

Todo mal desde el principio. Anunciado como 3* con piscina, solo tiene 2 (eso pone en la fachada) y sin piscina (o puedes ir al polideportivo). La habitación estaba sin hacer, y cuando la hicieron, estaba sucia (matas de pelos varios y ajenos). Únicamente Ana, la recepcionista, permitió mejorar lo que iba a ser una terrible experiencia. Lo cierto es que se desvivió por hacer todo lo mejor posible, al menos hasta donde pudo, lo que siempre es de agradecer. Durante el desayuno, una enorme cucaracha correteó por el patio. Todo muy terrible y desaconsejable.
La cucaracha que ya no podía caminar en el patio, pero que pataleaba mucho. Calcular medio dedo de bicho.

En general no cumple con las expectativas. Primer día no pudimos desayunar, pues lo pusieron 20 minutos tarde e incompleto. En teoría es desde las 7 para los que salen de excursión. En la habitación 1, hay un enchufe. En otras habitaciones, además del closet no hay donde poner nada, nunguna cómoda o superficie. Se escucha absolutamente todo en cuanto a ruidos.

Un palaccio charmant au milieu d une ville fantome. Nous n avons vu personne au check in ni check out . Totalement autonome. Un seul restaurant ouvert. Ville deserte et depaysante

Eenvoudig hotel in een bijzondere dorp!

Logeren in een palacio? Dit hotel is eenvoudig. Douchen in de bad met douchegordijn. Uit de douchekop komt weinig water. Het ontbijt is sober, geroosterd brood met olijfolie met wat beleg. De koffie en sinaasappelsap zijn lekker! Het dorp lijkt op Western Spaghetti dorp, met zand op de straten en veel paarden. In de omgeving zijn veel vogels te spotten.

Quarto nada a ver com as fotos. Janelas junto ao tecto sem qualquer tipo de vista, água da chuva a entrar pelo quarto, portas e janelas a baterem com o vento. Pequeno almoço muito pobre. O cilindro de água quente é visível na casa de banho e não é suficiente sequer para dois banhos.

bonito tranquilo y nada mas

se trata de un hotel muy bonito pero durante las cuatro noches que estuvimos no nos cambiaron las toallas bueno en mi casa se lavan mas o menos cada 5o 6 dias normalmente pero en ttodos los hoteles que he estado las cambiaban cada dia para colmo el dia anterior de marcharnos se estropeo el termo del agua caliente se disculparon y punto el ultimo dia con agua fria.

El personal fue amable, el servicio del desayuno también fue bueno y la variedad del mismo suficiente, aunque la calidad no fuera para tirar cohetes, pero es pasable. Es una pena que la piscina no esté abierta, aunque sea con restricciones, como las hay en otros alojamientos. El lugar es precioso y está muy cuidado. Lo peor: no llega el wifi a las habitaciones, no sé si sería un problema puntual como nos advirtieron. Y la guinda del pastel fue que nos dieran una habitaciób contigua, separada por una puerta con pestillo de unos desconocidos, que para colmo hacían muchísimo ruido y sus ronquidos eran insufribles. Además, es muy complicado descansar con la algarabia que se producía en las inmediaciones y en el propio patio u otras habitaciones.

La ubicación es muy buena. El desayuno (hasta las 10h) es muy escaso está sin refrigerar y sin tapar (ni los dos embutidos: fiambre de jamón y queso de barra, ni los zumos, ni la bollería, siendo agosto). La cafetera es una Dolcegusto junto al embutido destapado y otro día, un termo de café y otro de leche calentita. En la habitación, el termo goteaba y producía un charco en la entrada del baño. La respuesta fue: "no pasa nada, no va vaciarse, llamaremos al técnico". No hay alfombrín de ducha y de amenities solo ponen shampú. La TV no funcionaba por la caída de una antena general, pero el cable de la antena también estaba roto. Los colchones son comodísimos y el armario grande con muchas perchas. El problema es que si quieres cobrar 294 eurs por una doble pequeña, 3 días, tiene que dotarse de mayor calidad y servicios. La limpiadora muy amable y los recepcionistas son de trato amable, aunque no solucionen el goteo del termo, ni la avería de la tv.
