"OK, this hotel was built in the 40s and renovated in 2010. It is cute and modern. The dining room was not open as it was a national holiday, still they should provide services regardless. There is no parking! The free parking is on the street. The advertised hot tub was broken. They need to provide a way to make tea and coffee in the room as the breakfast time is 8-9:30. "Welcoming and helpful staff when we arrived. Great fun bedroom with huge beds and plenty of space. Toys and decorations in the room were fabulous. The free activities like the water fun and the trampoline kept the kids cool and entertained! Restaurant for dinner was good value for money and generous portions. Great that the kids were entertained during and after dinner in the playroom with the monitors. Overall very fun stay especially for the kids who didn’t want to leave!"

"Beautiful location with very friendly and helpful people. Our room had a magnificient view over the hills of Altea and Benidorm. The room was spacious and had a nice bathroom. We had diner in the hotel which was also very nice and good value for money. The breakfast in the morning is very tasty, fresh and lots of choice. The last part of the ride to the hotel is a bit of a challenging one, so would recommend to arrive the first time in daylight."

"Great choice if you'd like to stay in the Old Town. 10 minute stroll downhill to the best beach, Poniente. Buses stop in the main Street which is around 2 minutes away. Those buses will take you to Centro, Bus station, Tram station, Finestrat... The hotel is spacious. An array of lifts that may confuse you as they only take you to very specific floors. There's an auto laundry, a rarity to have in a Benidorm hotel. A gym. An indoor pool plus the outdoor version. My room was clean and well decorated. The carpets need replacing. The old style tub chairs in the main lounge need replacing. The duo of dining rooms are clean, well lit and noisy. Some acoustic panelling would be of benefit. On the subject of dining : you won't go hungry. The stews and cutlets of meat are tender and delicious. Vegetables are few, although salad is always available. The bread rolls are the freshest I've ever had in a hotel of this size in Beni! I'd stay here again, but would book breakfast only for more of what I'd like to eat rather than take what was on offer."
