"We booked a private room for 1 night, weeks in advance. We arrived at 1700 to an empty front desk and other travelers also waiting to check-in. We were told that rooms needed to be cleaned and we could wait. This wasn’t a big deal as we sat in the dining area. The employee didn’t offer us wifi or water, but made an espresso drink for another guest of the property. "This hotel far exceeded our expectations. The room was huge and spacious, and had amenities like the large jacuzzi tub. It is safe and quiet. We go to Quito a lot, and we usually stay at a different hotel. Because of scheduling, we ended up trying this hotel instead. Hotel Reina Isabel is our new go to hotel."

"Everything was excellent! James at the front desk really made us feel welcomed. He was super helpful arranging our transportation from and to the airport. He also set up breakfast boxes for our early departure. Breakfast at the hotel was really good. "
