"I had such a lovely time at this place, everyone was very accommodating. The room was comfortable and had all that I needed for the duration of my stay—It felt like a home away from home! I was able to read my books in the courtyard along with the sweet dogs that lived on the property and everyone that was around was extremely helpful and friendly. The building and property itself was incredibly beautiful and felt like a hidden palace in the hills. If I ever come back to Quito, I will absolutely...

"Has everything you need, very convenient to where we had to go, in a few occasions we left the keys inside and Lorena the manager was kind enough to go and open the property for us, we had to be at the airport by 3am, Lorenas kid helped us to load the Van, we are a family of 9 it was amazing, highly recommend it"

"Owner was easily available and responsive to questions. Need good GPS map to target address. Taxi driver from airport had a difficult time finding it even with my Google map. We were one block away and he was confused. Once we pinned no further difficulties. Large supermarket is 15 min walk. Safe neighborhood."

"This hotel far exceeded our expectations. The room was huge and spacious, and had amenities like the large jacuzzi tub. It is safe and quiet. We go to Quito a lot, and we usually stay at a different hotel. Because of scheduling, we ended up trying this hotel instead. Hotel Reina Isabel is our new go to hotel."

"Everything was excellent! James at the front desk really made us feel welcomed. He was super helpful arranging our transportation from and to the airport. He also set up breakfast boxes for our early departure. Breakfast at the hotel was really good. "
