Al llegar nos dieron una habitación ya usada con las camas sin hacer, al quejarnos nos cambiaron la habitación y nos comentaron que la reserva era una habitación sencilla, nada que ver con las fotos de la web, las vistas daban a un tejado metálico y a 3 mts una pared de tierra y piedra. El baño era horrible la pared agrietada el bidet perdía agua, los radiadores de calefacción no tenían llave por lo que hacia mucha calor en la habitación y teníamos que dormir con la ventana abierta. El suelo de la habitación manchado los armarios y cajones con papel de los manteles del comedor. Nos ofrecieron servicio de cena con reserva 1 dia antes 21€ el menú pero no sabían lo que había de menú, nos pareció extraño y le dije que no. El ultimo dia bajamos para almorzar y no tenían beicon, comentaron que se les término que pusieron 3 bandejas le dije que llamarán al encargado y rápidamente me ofrecieron una bandeja pequeña y me la acercaban a la mesa, claro esta mas personas se quejaron y cuando el camarero me trae la bandeja pequeña me ofrece unas tiras porque las tiene que repartir y tras las quejas de los cliente volvieron hace una bandeja grande, Osea que si tenia beicon pero no querían hacer mas. Por el personal falta de experiencia y falta de personal. Mi experiencia en este hotel es muy mala no volveremos, eso seguro

HOTEL ADSERA del 28 al 1 de MARZO

Es un hotel que está muy bien ubicado en el mismo pueblo de La Molina y es ideal para acceder a sus pistas de esquí en un trayecto de coche que no supera los 5 mins, además de que el hotel cuenta con parking privado en Pista Llarga (P4), junto a las pistas de los más peques, lo que lo hace todavía más cómodo. En cuanto al Hotel, la parte del comedor y el bar, es muy bonito y acogedor, es un hotel muy antiguo y de montaña y la verdad que es muy bonito, pero el servicio de habitaciones y la limpieza al menos en nuestro caso, estuvieron algo despistados. En resumidas cuentas, podría ser un 8 y se nos quedó en un 6.

La ubicación está muy bien para ir a las pistas y el personal es atento. Lo que no me ha gustado es que la calefacción la pusieron muy tarde.Bien sea que sales a cenar y te duchas antes o que decides quedarte en la habitación,ponerla a las 9 es muy tarde.Deberian hacerlo a partir de las 6 como minimo que la gente vuelve de las actividades a cambiarse.El baño parecía una cubitera.

Péssimo hotel

O hotel é velho, fica muito afastado da estação de esqui, na descrição do site hotéis.com diz que tem aluguel de equipamentos de esqui dentro da propriedade mas não tem, no site do que fica dentro da estação mas na verdade fica há 2km sendo que se vc tiver sem carro você esta morto! O chuveiro tem a altura de uma pessoa de 1,20m e só uma criança conseguiria tomar banho naquele espaco. Colchão ruim.

Excelente calidad precio, únicamente hay que estudiar un poco como se llega al hotel, el GPS del coche engaña y complica el final del viaje, Si lo que buscas es alta montaña has acertado, disponen de salas de juego para los niños y aceptan mascotas. Muy recomendable.
