"Refrigerator door stuck and difficult to open, room keys stopped working during stay and had to be recoded, vinyl floor (no carpeting) in room was not clean, heat lamp in bathroom was not working, bath tub handles leaking, and tried using sauna but it did not work."

"Breakfast Sunday AM was lacking GRAVY, Biscuits were cold rocks. Oatmeal could stand up and walk away, so thick. Eggs were a warm delight. Sausage was tasty but not worth mouthful of grease, ugh.
Room cheerful, clean, with an easy operating thermostat. Soaps, shampoo, etc., easily reached. TV very simple to operate."
