the property was okay, the staff by the front desk was always on her phone. I rented 2 rooms, one room when my daughter put the heater on the room filled up with smoke we reported it to the front desk immediately and they said oh the heaters has not being used in a while give it a few minutes. not acceptable to me cause I told the lady at the reception that housekeeping while cleaning the room should check that AC and heaters are running properly. the shower when you turn on the water all the water comes out why? because the shower curtain don't reach the floor. the room had a funny smell to it and the carpet was damp;. overall highly disappointed. the staff really don't care.

The Delaney was the quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. This means a lot to me as I have fibromyalgia and spondylosis. The on site tavern was an excellent spot for meals. Every meal I had was top notch. The bartenders were great, friendly and helpful. Free parking was an huge plus! The only complaint I have is that the front desk was without an employee often during the day and evening. When they were there they were helpful. The housekeeping staff was phenomenal and assisted me with my needs.

I enjoyed the room and the gym facility

> A Mixed Experience: Friendly Staff and Amenities, but a Rough Night. This was my first time staying at this property. On the positive side, the front desk staff were very friendly, and the rooftop pool, restaurant, and bar looked fantastic—I popped up just to check out the view, and it seemed really neat. Regarding the room, I personally prefer carpeted floors, but unfortunately the rooms are a laminate floor, my socks were noticeably dirty just from walking around. The real issue, however, happened at around 11:00 PM. I was staying for work and was woken up from a dead sleep by the fire alarm sounding on and off for about 20 minutes. It was a dreadful experience, and because I was unable to fall back asleep afterward, my entire workday the next day was a struggle due to exhaustion. There didn't appear to be an actual fire, but the cause was never explained, and during check-out, the front desk didn't mention the incident or apologize for the major inconvenience. While the staff members were pleasant throughout my stay, this unfortunate series of events has left a bad taste, and I am unsure if I will stay here again.
