The space was perfect for our family. Sufficient dishes, towels, etc. the beds were comfortable as was the living room space. Questions were answered immediately. Easy to check in/out. Will definitely stay at this property again!

Perfect Family Weekend Stay

My family stayed in Alpena for a funeral in Hillman.

We had a great stay. Very clean and nice house. Went for a morning run by the water. Ate dinner outside by the water at Pompeyos.

Alpena Family Vacation

We had such an amazing time at this property. Jennie was so kind and very attentive. The home is decorated beautifully and in a great location. We will most certainly be back next year!

Family Visit

We had a great stay at the property it was clean and well stocked! We traveled with an infant and no details were missed a crib, extra crib sheets, tissues, toys! The trip was a success and we will be returning to this house again!

Beautiful Home

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The hosts were very easy to work with and quick to respond. The home is beautifully decorated and very clean. The location to the beach is great and it was just a 25 minute drive to visit the Rockport State Recreation Area for fossil hunting. A great stay.

Quiet Neighborhood Close to Everything

Charming updated two story house in a quiet neighborhood less than 3 minutes to restaurants, shopping, shipwreck tour boat, museums, and more. House was spotless, beds are comfy, couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to explore Alpena and surrounds. Would recommend!!

Weekend Trip to Alpena

The property was very clean and the location was great with a short walk to downtown and the beach/parks. I traveled with my 11 month son so it was great to have a crib in one of the rooms!

Family weekend in Alpena

Great house within walking distance to downtown Alpena. Family of 6 stayed here for an extended weekend while visiting Rockport and seeing the fall colors. House was clean and had everything we needed. The communication with the host was excellent. Would definitely recommend!!

Awesome stay!

This is my favorite VRBO home yet! Very well appointed home and decorated so nice. Everything was great quality, super clean, and lots of extras--lamps with charging ports, extra blankets, fans in bedrooms, snacks etc. Neighborhood was quiet and nice to walk around and see the unique homes (and to get some ice cream downtown!) If I ever return to the Alpena area, would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

Our family of four stayed here for a long weekend to visit family for a wedding. The property was very clean and comfortable. It was exactly as described. In town visiting family

We had a great stay over a holiday weekend. This house was great with small kids (assuming they can navigate stairs safely) with lots of games, books, and new toya to play with. Having a nursery with a crib was a huge plus because we didn’t have to bring a pack & play! Plenty of space when family came over for dinner & a movie.

Fossil hunting in Alpena

My wife and I wanted to get away for awhile to relax and look for fossils. The home was very clean and the owners thought of everything. If you forgot something, they probably had it available in the house. Communication was top notch and again really appreciate the attention to details.

Wedding weekend.

Our son got married this weekend. This place was centrally located to everywhere we needed to go. We couldn’t have found a better house. It was amazing. So clean and well decorated. Had everything we needed to make our stay more enjoyable. I would recommend this house to everyone. The hosts response time to any questions is almost immediate. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Made the wedding weekend a little more perfect.

Great stay in a quaint neighborhood!

Our family of six, ages ranging from infant to grandparent, enjoyed our 5 night stay here! The house was clean and well stocked. Plenty of room for all of us! It was great to have a crib as we didn't need to haul our pack and play. The room with the crib does not allow for great temperature control for various reasons, but it did not seem to bother our little one. Just something to keep in mind. We always bring a couple of box fans, so that helped with air flow. The hosts were super friendly and communicated promptly - no issues just general discussion. The location is superb. We walked downtown frequently, and it's a quick and easy drive to the main attractions, as well as those off the beaten path. We would return!
