We had unfortunately one at 7th floor where the view wasn’t to good due to the roof and small Windows, but the staff were ready to change it. :) however, the amenities are very Nice and renovated. "Excellent hotel, located right in Zell am See and a 5 minute walk up to the gondola at the ski field. The room was a good size, very clean and comfortable and had a decent balcony. Both dinner and breakfast were really decent, and I definitely would stay here on my next trip. "
