"Plan on a LOUD experience in your room. We were woken by slamming doors in the hallways all morning and both mornings starting at 5am. We could also hear every word our neighbors were speaking in their own room next door. When we needed more time to check out to rest due to this, we were charged a late check out fee. Even though it was a Tuesday and the hotel was not even close to being full. On a better note, the grounds are beautiful and location great near the river and parks, and all the restaurant staff was lovely, especially Luci. "

The upholstery on the chairs was worn off in some places, the carpet was questionable, and there were some homeless people outside of the hotel. It was parent's weekend so of course the prices were extremely inflated, which made it even worse. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was not bad."
