"The view was excellent. The dozens of quail and the abundant deer were a real plus. The walk to the river was beautiful. The location, just out of town, was quiet and peaceful, if you discount the howling coyotes. The only minus was the bright yard light that blocked out all but the brightest stars. The bed was comfortable and the wood stove was very nice on cool mornings. The negatives: the outdoor shower afforded no privacy- I mean none- and the toilet tent was so short that standing up...

"We had an exceptional stay. It was before the season opening but the host made sure we were in clean and comfortable accommodations. Wish we had more time there. "

"Driving into the property there was a proprty on the left with junk, broken down cars, and garbage allover, not to mention all the skechy looking people roaming around. There we were all alone without any other campers."
