"The hotel itself needs some upgrades, but the staff made the stay 5 stars. The staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful every step of the way. The first room we were in, the A/C didn't work, but the fan was blowing. The maintenance man thought it was working but when I disagreed, he immediately verified with the manager that we could switch rooms, and then stayed and helped until we were set up in our new room. Breakfast was good and everything was pleasant. "

"Service was great!! Going up to 6th floor from car garage was easy and everything needed a key card and that made me feel more safe. Costumer service was great!! The party that downstairs has late at night was a big loud but didn’t bother us. We wanted to check that out but didn’t have time. The pool was decently clean and my kids had a blast. The only thing that I didn’t like was we were only given 2 towels at a time and none for the pool. I have 2 daughters with slot of hair so the towels got wet very fast and took a long time to dry. "
