"While the location was nice, this home had some issues. The cabinets were old and didn’t actually close. The stovetop had only two working burners, and the Internet was spotty. (No backyard grill for us to use either.) Also, carrying stuff in and out the house was a bit tricky…lots of stairs with varying heights. The check-in and out was easy, and things were mostly clean. The main bathroom tub situation wasn’t easy to navigate. (It’s hard to get in/out of a deep tub/no real way to take a shower...

"It was an adorable little apartment. Great location. Had everything I needed to be comfortable. I wish I would have known ahead of time there was construction in the apartment building starting at 8 am. It was rough to wake up to nail guns and men out in the hall chatting right outside my door at 7:30 each morning I stayed. And losing water the day after I arrived for half a day wasn't convenient. But we made it work. If no construction, perfect place!"
