The Suites at The George 212

**This older building is continuously being updated. In the meantime, we are offering the newly upgraded units for short-term rentals**

These units are best for guests working remotely or traveling professionals. Known to be popular among construction workers, nurses, and more. We do not recommend these units for families or those traveling with kids.

This building is about 100 years old and continuously being upgraded.

This apartment has been renovated and furnished beautifully!

Within walking distance from the Klamath Falls Amtrak station.

• All units have air conditioning and heating
• All units are supplied with Greystone Soaps and amenities
• Each unit has a microwave and coffee machine (Coffee Supplied)
• Laundry facilities are located on the 2nd floor for $2 each. We supply laundry detergent.
• Each unit has glass and disposable plateware and utensils. If using disposable plateware, you do not need to worry about dishes.
• Each unit has Charmin toilet paper
• Free WiFi
• Each one-bedroom unit has a TV in the main room, and another in the bedroom. Each TV is at least 55”

NOTE:
This building houses a mix of friendly tenants. You may see some tenants in front of the building smoking, or in the parking lot working on their cars.

The entire living space is yours. This unit has easy access to all the downtown area has to offer. Easy access to OIT

We will not be interacting with guests. Everything including check-in is automated you you will receive codes once your booking is complete.

You are in the heart of downtown Klamath Falls.

Entry to the building is from the right side when facing the building. There is an adjacent parking lot with open parking.

When entering the building, slowly dial star (*), followed by 6869. You will hear two loud beeps notifying you the door has been unlocked.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. You are close to OIT, Crater Lake, and can walk to a ton of great food options and bars located in downtown Klamath Falls

The unit has been renovated from a well-worn hotel to more of a small more modern condo vibe. The unit is small but suited my wife and me just fine. The location is mostly good being on the edge of downtown. There are a multitude of nearby small shops and restaurants. The people are friendly. There was one man having a quite loud conversation with himself. He wasn't menacing in any way just an anomaly. We were surprised to find no spices or even salt and pepper. We usually bring our own knife as those we encountered in the past have been dull. The knives here were sharp. The coffee machine isn't Keurig compatible, but Folgers is provided.

Check-in was super easy. Room was nice clean and ac was on when we got there. Little shampoo and conditioner were there for us to use. Boat was very communicative and easy to work with.
