Beach Front Apartment ‘Oden 6’ in Altea (max. 2 persons)

This luxurious and modern 70 m² beach apartment 'Oden 6' is an apartment with a comfortable dining and sitting area and a fully equipped modern kitchen and one bedroom and one bathroom with walk-in shower.

The apartment has no air conditioning, the bedroom has a ceiling fan. The apartment is on the second floor and has a conservatory (with sliding windows) overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and a south-facing terrace overlooking the old village of Altea. The building also has a communal roof terrace with a view of the old town of Altea. 

The building is situated in a unique location, right on the beach and offers the best view of the sea. The shopping area and the boulevard are just a 10-minute walk away. Water shoes are recommended for the pebble beach in front of the apartment. Near the building you will find the small river 'Rio Algar', which offers beautiful walking routes that lead to the boulevard and the old town of Altea. During the summer period, next to the building, there is a 'Chiringuito', called 'Bon Vida', where you can enjoy delicious tapas and cold beer and drinks.

Note

There is reception on arrival and contact before departure. During your stay there is always a permanent contact person available for support, who speaks English, Spanish and Dutch.

In the apartment there is an information folder with useful addresses and telephone numbers, information about Altea and surroundings. There are several golf courses in and around Altea.

Guests arriving at El Altet, Alicante Airport, can choose for transport by taxi or bus to Altea. It is also possible to arrange private transportation (on request). For guests arriving on Sunday, we offer the service to provide the necessary groceries for the first need. This is of course on request, the groceries will be billed to you afterwards.

Beautiful, tranquill place to get away

Beautiful scenery when you look out of the windows. At the front the pebble beach and the sea as far as your eyes allow you.From the sides and back windows picturesque mountain and nature to look at.A short walk, approx. 10 minutes, from the property will take you onto the promenade to Altea for lovely cafes and restaurants as well taking you up the steps into beautiful Altea historical town. The appartment was well equipped, the bed and lounge furniture was very comgortable. We'll want to come back.

Tolle Aussicht direkt am Strand

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, modern eingerichtet mit allem, was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt braucht. Der Empfang durch Vivian war sehr angenehm und im Kühlschrank standen Wein und Wasser und Knabbersachen waren auch da. Die Aussicht ist unschlagbar und man vergisst, dass direkt daneben noch ein großes Haus steht.Die gemeinsame Terrasse ist leider eher was für Frühaufsteher und war immer belegt, der Strand war auch ziemlich frequentiert (also nicht wirklich halb privat) und Parken ist ein Glücksspiel. Der Parkplatz war vollgestellt (fettes Wohnmobil) und an dem schmalen Sandpfad war auch kaum was zu finden. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass wir von Freitag bis Sonntag da waren, wer weiß.Die Wohnung an sich ist aber wirklich super.

APARTAMENTO: Igual de impresionante que en las fotos. La terraza es mejor y más amplia de lo que parece. Todo extremadamente limpio y ordenado. Las vistas desde la terraza y la habitación son impresionantes. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa, inclusive lo necesario para bajar a la playa (tumbonas, sombrillas, etc). UBICACION: Esta a un minuto de Altea centro en coche. En plena primera línea de playa y con un chiringuito muy bien puesto en la puerta (dan buenas comidas, cenas, copas y chill-out hasta las 2 de la madrugada). Para nosotros todo ideal. ETIENNE COMO CASERO: Un verdadero crack. Amable, atento, detallista. El recibimiento que nos dio fue increíble. Le recordaremos siempre. RESUMEN: Volveremos.
