- Vast and beautiful villa situated in Altea la Vella, on the Costa Blanca, renovated in 2018 and 2019. Villa Esmeralda has panoramic views towards the Mediterranean Sea on one side and the Sierra de Bernia Mountains on the opposite side. The large plot of 1500 m2 includes an amazing private pool, a large garden, a barbecue area and a broad private parking with a capacity of 5 cars or more.
The villa is composed of two independent houses . House 1 has a capacity of 6 adults and is composed of 1 kitchen, 1 living/dining room, 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. House 2 has a capacity of 4 adults and is composed of 1 kitchen, 1 living/dining room, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom. A folding bed can be added to each house if required. Each house has an open-air terrace with views over the garden, the swimming pool, the sea and the mountains. The two houses share the garden, the parking, the barbecue area and the swimming pool area.
The villa is close (about 2,5 km) to Altea la Vella supermarket, shops, restaurants and bank and to the E15 Alicante-Valencia motorway.

Celebration holiday
The property was situated in a beautiful area with fantastic views. The rooms are very big and spacious most rooms have an en-suite. There are two well equipped kitchens with plenty of cutlery and plates etc. the outside area has a lovely pool with lots of different villa out areas. Would definitely recommend this for families or friends.

Prachtige locatie mooi, uitzicht vanuit de terrassen, goed zwembad
Huis met prachtig uitzicht, goede locatie om Altea, Calpe en nog meer plaatsen te bezoeken. Lekker rustig in de tuin om te genieten bij het zwembad. Zwembad ook een laag gedeelte geschikt voor jonge kinderen. Huis schoon en alle slaapkamers een eigen badkamer. Keuken modern met grote ijskast.
