"Der Aufenthalt war ok. Die Kommunikation des Eigentümers war sehr schleppend oder gar nicht vorhanden. Man bekommt auch einfach eine WhatsApp von einer fremden Nummer mit Zugangsdaten und mußte erstmal rätseln, ob das Spam ist. Die Wohnung lag in einem trostlosen Hochhauspark. Der Wohnkomfort war soweit ok. Das Bad wurde schon lange nicht mehr renoviert. Die Toilettenbrille war lose und der Rauchmelder lag abmontiert in der Wohnung. Im 13. Stock hinterlässt das kein gutes Gefühl. Für Wanderer...

"Pros: Ein sehr gepflegtes und mit viel Herzblut und Liebe geführtes Haus. Sehr saubere und großzügig geschnittene Wohnung, die keine Wünsche offen ließ. Super netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt zum Vermieter, wir haben uns auf Anhieb zuhause gefühlt. Danke für die schöne Zeit!"
