Only "bad" thing, I saw in the AM during breakfast hours, youner lookim front desk person seemed to be caretaker for keeping up breakfast items. I saw here use her BARE hand to straighten out bagel/ bread area. The later seeing her appear to rub/wipe her nose with back of hand. Sanitart, IMO, NO !
I did mention to day manager the latter who apologized and AGREED.

We went to visit our daughter and her family like we have since 2011.We stayed here before and it was high and no where as nice as it is now. Wasn't clean smelling and was dissatisfied in the quality before for the price we paid back then.
We walked in fresh smelling,was very pleasant!!! The room was extra clean, looked remodeled and new bed linings very good mattress not worn. The staff was very pleasant and nice. Had a great breakfast each morning... VERY SATISFYING !!!

Thus is an older motel that has been gone through top to bottom and the owners are very friendly and accommodating. Sneads florida does not seem to be a vacation get away spot unless you are a fishermen. We were there for dragboat races and for that the hotel was perfect and if I wanted to fish lake seminole I would use no other. The only downside to the motel is no pool for the kids if you are seeking to entertain them while at the motel.

I love the way the room was set up. The bed was comfortable. It was a lady in the office when I checked in and a guy when I checked out. They both were very nice. I had forgot my earrings and the guy called to inform me. He had offered to hold them for me. Next time I visit that area, I’ll stay there again!!
