The hotel should offer, for example 2 or 3 hour tickets, and offer shampoo, shower gel, in the Spa area, because business people appreciate it, ... like in the US.) "On the first day they gave a terrible room which was dirty and next to the door. Very loud in the night bathroom has a smell. But we informed them after the first night and Tanvi the staff was very polite and gave us a better room which was very clean"
