"We went to the concert of bad bunny and we got the power banks as gifts, we leave those in the room and when we leave for a long walk we didn’t realize until the night that the power banks where not longer in the room. When we complained the staff said that they follow the case by mail (since we have to return next day in the morning), and is been 4 days since we leave and any person has reached out."

"I made my reservation through Expedia, when arriving at 10pm the system to unlock the door, did not work. The machine that deliver key cards was not working either. I called the contact number and they said they will be sending somebody to help us enter. After 90 minutes waiting in the hallway, I called back to check on the status on the person that was coming. They decided not to come because I was not in "the list". Not knowing anything abalone any list, I had to force them to check my paid...

"This is my second stay here and the property just opened a few weeks now. Everything about this property is perfect. The staff, the location, the cleanliness, the beautiful rooms, the public space and vibe here is just amazing. I can’t remember the English guys name at the check in but he is Ace. Supermarket within feet and lots of restaurants including food truck for authentic food and if you need a McDonald’s fix… right there also. I’ll def return next time I am in town."
