"Our room was very clean and large. The staff worked so hard everyday to make it a geat experience. We didn't realize the driving and parking situation in advance. The rooms are located on a very narrow steep hill. I'm not a stunt driver, so we parked in a lot a few streets below and took an elevator up. The views are amazing. Its a great place to stay!"

"It was fine, nothing special or terrible. We never received the check-in email, but luckily someone was onsite to let us in. That was literally our only interaction with staff.
