"Overall, I enjoyed my stay and thought the hotel was in a great area. The property was clean, and the atmosphere was nice. However, for the price of the stay, I do think parking should have been included. It also would have been helpful to have access to a microwave or some way to reheat food during the stay. One issue I experienced was with the toilet continuously running on the first night. I contacted the front desk and was told someone was on the way to look at it, but no one ever came. I eventually figured out how to fix it myself. Aside from that inconvenience, the stay itself was decent, but improving maintenance response and adding a few basic conveniences would make the experience much better."

"I was surprised that there was no free bottled water in our room. The refill water from the machine did not taste great. Also the sound proofing from the windows wasn’t great. Music was playing really loud from the restaurants outside and it could be heard clearly in my room and it was playing till around 1am. The decor and interior style of the hotel is great."

"We stay here when we attend Chase field games so we can take advantage of the shuttle. This is the first time we had issues. We could t get through on the telephone to be picked up. And there was some confusion on when it left so we had to uber twice causing extra expense."

"I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. Despite booking a 2 Queen Bed room, I was given a room with King Bed for 2 Adults and Pre-teen that was clearly of lower value and uncomfortable. As a result, I had to sleep on a rollaway bed, which was extremely uncomfortable and led to a poor night’s sleep and a difficult next day. The hotel offered a $50 credit as compensation, but it could only be used within the property. Given that the restaurant prices were quite high, it felt like we were being pushed to spend more there, which didn’t really make up for the inconvenience. For the second night, we were finally moved to the correct room, but unfortunately, the air conditioning failed in the middle of the night—during peak Phoenix summer heat. We were provided with a fan, but it was far from adequate, and again, our sleep was significantly disrupted. Overall, the stay was quite frustrating and fell short of expectations. While I do appreciate that the staff were courteous and made an effort to acknowledge the issues and offer compensation, it ultimately could not make up for the lack of comfort and restful sleep."
