The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. The pool was great for the whole family. There were also amazing views.

I've stayed at the Sheraton Downtown Phoenix for the conference the last two years. It's always very clean, quite, and staff is helpful and friendly. Across the street from the Arizona Ctr and easy to walk to area restaurants and attractions. I look forward to returning next year too.

Beautiful property!!! We attended a conference there and appreciated the amenities. Very nice rooms, nice pool bar with friendly staff, beautiful lobby and meeting spaces.

Good stay, horrible parking!

The Sheraton Downtown Phoenix was clean and the staff was friendly. The restaurants had good food, not spectacular but good. The pool was nice and the bartender at the pool was very attentive. My only complaint and it is a big one is there is very little parking. I had to park my car two blocks away in a public lot. We attend a convention at this location every year at this time. Although, it is convenient to stay at the hotel that hosts the convention, next year I will stay somewhere else due to the parking challenges in the Arizona heat.
