"Rooms are pretty standard, had a balcony with a beach view which was nice. Rooms were clean and staff were very timely on hoise keeping. Staff were all nice, daily breakfast was more than enough to keep us all full until dinner. Overall, the resort was decent. We stayed at a different resort prior and it was better than sandy beach. Not to say sandy beach was bad, but we would check out other resorts next time we visit as there are many others."

"The photographs of TIA on the website does do justice to the ambiance, serenity and hospitality that envelopes the reality of the TIA experience. We had a fabulous time. The breakfast buffet was excellent, the resort was very clean in every way, quiet, serene, the light reflecting on the surface of the pools in the morning was magical. The staff including manager Mike (Quan), Japanese interpreter Trang, spa therapists Uyen & Nhung, the buffet hospitality team, the cleaning crew, just everyone went over and beyond anything we have experienced. We miss them already. We cannot wait to go back..."

"Room was very big. Roof top bar and food was great and hotel staff were very accommodating. Great English, they gave us a take away breakfast box as we left early and very clean. Excellent location on the beach. "

"A lovely property with beautiful gardens and beach area. The beach and pools are clean and well maintained. We stayed in a premium double room which was a lovely size. The only downside was that in 5 days, our keycard mechanism stopped working 3 times which was frustrating. The staff did sort it within 10 minutes by sending an engineer but it was still fairly annoying to deal with. The safe in the room also didn’t work, we had a power cut on our first night and the balcony is completely unfurnished so you can’t enjoy the balcony (a bit pointless having one to be honest). The breakfast had a great selection and the stuff were all very helpful and accommodating. The manager was lovely and offered to change rooms as well as offered compensation. We appreciated him taking the time to locate us and apologise for the issues with the room. The location is good if you prefer peace and quiet away from the main hustle and bustle (which we do) but is still only a short drive away from the main city centre. "

"Amazing hotel with great huge sized room and bathrooms! A real luxurious treat for our family. Pool is huge with kayaks, paddle boards, water volleyball and plenty of other games to keep everyone occupied. Location is in the middle of Hoi An and Da Nang so nothing walkable nearby but an easy grab/uber ride to Da Nang centre and restaurants. Staff were great, particularly Binh who manned the pool and made sure we were taken care of. Breakfast is brilliant with so much variety and choice for everyone! "
