From the pickup at the airport, to check-in, to my wonderful room and the beautiful pool and ocean access. Nhi & Uyên....always checking on my comfort and stay. Very attentive and professional. Thank you. Housekeeping staying on top of my room needs was great. Really enjoyed their surprise snacks, sweets, and fruit plates. Mr. Hung, the director of food and beverage, and his entire staff of people working the bars and restaurants, were extremely kind and genuinely concerned about my overall satisfaction.
